naughty charts' wink
We are long investors on Twitter. We love the platform. We love what it bring to the world. We love the enabling power. We love the Revolution. And this one, has just begun.

the naughty thoughts
Twitter is back to square one. They need to prove, again, that they too can be both one of the greatest social experiments, and a profitable investment. The recent decline in price and the way the stock sold off leads us to ask ourselves: does a game changer platform as Twitter translates into a good investment? We believe so. But we also believe the traders are in charge now and long investors as ourselves are in for a long painful ride.
As long as we can take a little bit of pain, and lower our long cost basis during times like these, we believe investors will be the long winners at the end.
Our trades are rather simple, since we are here to build a long profitable investment with the lowest coast basis we can generate.

Our strategy couldn't be simpler: Add any time the stock price reaches $35 or below. If we experience another high sell off at this point, we need to let it fall and watch for a bottom bounce at $30. Here we would add regardless (Except in the event of a very poor ER or news.)
The stock need to remain above a long support trend line picture here to the left, in order to maintain the current $25B market capital and long steady price at around $40. If this fails, we are in for a short lived painful dive to $35. We don't recommend having all or most o your portfolio on Twitter as there are other faster stocks hat should be more profitable in the mean time. GL Naughty Charts |
